- B.Ed. qualification is mandatory.
- 1–2 years of teaching experience is preferred.
- Strong subject knowledge in the relevant teaching area.
- Excellent communication and classroom-management skills.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory, as the demo class will be conducted and reviewed by our academic panel in English.
- A genuine passion for teaching and working with students.
- Additional qualification or diploma in Child counselling will be an added advantage.

Demo Class & Selection Process
As part of our selection process, shortlisted candidates will be required to conduct a demo class in English.
The demo class will be conducted and reviewed by our academic panel in English. Candidates should therefore be comfortable explaining concepts, interacting with students, and managing a classroom confidently in English.

Birth Certificate
Original or attested copy issued by municipal authorities for age verification.

Photographs
Strong academic foundations meet individual attention, active participation and opportunities to grow as confident, capable learners.

Identity & Address Proof
A clear copy of the Aadhaar card (or valid government ID) of the child and parents.

Academic Records
Official report card of the previous academic year (mandatory for Class 1 and above admissions).

Transfer Certificate (TC)
Countersigned Transfer Certificate from the previous recognized school (applicable from Class 2 onwards).
